Decide to write again, to progress my complaint

Here's the letter. I also posted this using recorded-delivery in-case they "lost" the first...


Account Suspension

This letter is to follow-up my previous letter and email (reference: 1743311) of the 30th January 2012 regarding the suspension of my mobile phone service

Please acknowledge receipt of my letter. A copy of my original letter is attached.

Please inform me if you are unable to progress my complaint further.
