Day Fifty-Three: Another day.. Another follow-up letter
This is now Week 7 since my Original Complaint Letter and follow-on rejection of their offer.
So I decide to right yet another follow-up; this time to the Virgin Media address given to me by CISAS
here's what it says:
This letter is to follow-up my previous letter and email (reference: 1743311) of the 30th January and 3rd March 2012 respectively; regarding the suspension of my mobile phone service
Please acknowledge receipt of my email and previous correspondence, copies of which are attached.
Please inform me if you are unable to progress my complaint further.
...so now we must wait
